Our store surveys are an important part of our work with our clients. We travel to each and every store to create a detailed profile of everything inside. This includes detailed counts and measurements of every part of the store, from windows to fountain dispensers. This allows us to gauge the potential spaces for signage throughout the store. We have found that the more details we know about the store, the easier it is for us to create a highly customized program for our clients. No two stores are alike and so why should their signage be? We want every client to have a signage design that is personalized and unique to that store. After we complete your store’s survey, we compile the data and enter it into our proprietary database. This data will be well-managed by your customer service representative. To make your workload easier, your representative is there to work through any new developments within your store. If you make any changes to an individual store, just notify your customer service representative and they will handle the rest.
